Where do you visit?
Maya is currently a mobile service. We travel to clients across South London — enter your address when you book.
How long is an appointment?
Each treatment is booked for its own length, shown when you choose it. We keep an hour free between appointments so Franca can travel to you on time.
How does the deposit work?
You pay 60% of the treatment price online when you book, through Stripe’s secure checkout. The remaining 40% is paid on the day of your appointment.
I need to change my appointment. What do I do?
Reply to your confirmation email or call us as soon as you can, quoting your booking reference.
