Manicure Questions

Choosing between gel, BIAB and polish? These are the questions we are asked most.

What is the difference between gel and BIAB?

Gel is a chip-resistant colour. BIAB (Builder Gel) adds a strengthening layer underneath that protects weak or brittle nails and helps them grow naturally, and is then finished with a gel colour of your choice.

How long does a polish manicure last?

Every polish manicure is finished with a UV Top Coat for extended wear, gel-like shine and faster drying — up to 10 days’ wear.

Is the Flawless Finish Guarantee included with every manicure?

It applies to our full manicures. Because of its speedy nature, the Express Gel Manicure is not covered.

Can you remove my existing gel, BIAB or acrylics?

Yes. We offer gel removal with an electric file, and gentle removal of BIAB, hard gel, extensions and acrylics using a combination of electric filing and soaking.
